Payment for the course will be by bank transfer to account number ES70-2100-1112-8502-0017-5779, indicating the name and surname of each member of the ensemble. The deadline for payment is 20 April 2025. Please send a scanned copy of the bank receipt to [email protected], as the registration will only be completed when all members of the ensemble have paid in.

Meals include lunch from the15th to the 18th and dinner from the 14th to the 17th at L’Atlàntida Restaurant.

Accommodation is at the Vic Xanascat hostel (shared rooms) with check-in on 14 July and check-out on 18 July (4 nights). Breakfast is included. The cost is for accommodation in group rooms with the rest of the members of the ensemble. If anyone wants a single or double room, as long as there are rooms available, they can pay the price difference. If this is the case, please state it in the additional information section.

 

If any of the members of the ensemble is under-aged, the following documentation must be sent before 20 April 2025 to [email protected]:

• Student's ID number
• ID of parent or guardian
• Student's health card
